Our Story
Alfredo Lozano's path to immigration law began long before law school. As the child of immigrant parents, he grew up witnessing firsthand the challenges families face when navigating the U.S. immigration system. That experience became the foundation for a career dedicated to helping others through similar journeys.
Before entering college, Alfredo served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Military service instilled discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving others that carries through to every case the firm handles today. After completing his service, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and then his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University in Houston.
His legal education included a spring program at the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico, where he refined his legal Spanish and deepened his understanding of cross-border immigration matters. He also completed an internship with the Mexican Consulate in Houston, gaining practical insight into the consular processes that many of his clients navigate today.
After working with law firms in Houston, Beaumont, and Corpus Christi, Alfredo launched his own practice in June 2006 with a clear focus: immigration law, exclusively. More than 20 years later, that single-minded dedication has allowed the firm to build deep expertise across family immigration, business and employment immigration, military immigration, and humanitarian protections.
