Linda Hamilton is a Senior Attorney with more than a decade of experience in immigration law and a strong interest in complex cases. She earned degrees in Criminal Justice and Spanish before attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Her career has included work as an Asylum Fellow and Clinical Staff Attorney with the University of Pittsburgh Immigration Law Clinic, as well as teaching immigration law as an adjunct professor.
Linda finds immigration law especially meaningful because it allows her to work closely with people as they pursue important personal and professional goals. With deep family ties to Monterrey, Mexico, the work also carries a personal connection. She is especially drawn to challenging cases and strives to ensure clients feel heard, understand each stage of their case, and receive clear answers to their questions. Her dedication to pro bono service was recognized with a 2024 ACBA Young Lawyer Pro Bono Award.
Outside of work, Linda is very family-oriented. She enjoys reading, shopping, spending time with her family, and visiting Disney with her children, an experience she enjoys just as much as they do.
