Mayra Juarez brings more than a decade of immigration law experience to her role as Professional Legal Administrator at The Lozano Law Firm. With a background in International Relations, Political Science, and Business Administration, she discovered early in her career that her strengths were especially well suited to the operational side of legal practice.
Growing up bicultural and having experienced the immigration process personally gave Mayra an early understanding of how meaningful these cases can be for families. Over the years, she has seen how immigration work can create lasting change, which continues to give purpose to her role. Although much of her work focuses on operations, she remains connected to clients and values clear communication, patience, and empathy. She wants every person interacting with the firm to feel respected, secure, and able to understand the information being shared with them.
Outside of work, Mayra enjoys baking, hiking in national parks, and learning about topics such as AI and Excel. She also enjoys road trips and spending time with her family and their Pit Bull mix.
