Miriam Castillón brings a creative and thoughtful perspective to her role as Marketing Coordinator at The Lozano Law Firm. She studied Marketing and later earned a Master’s degree in Graphic Design, combining strategy and creativity throughout her professional path. Before joining the firm, she spent nearly eight years working in financial education for young adults, where positive client feedback and resolving questions became an important source of motivation.
Immigration was a new field for Miriam, and learning how complex it is has strengthened her interest in the work. Having family in the United States also gives the subject a personal connection. She values making people feel heard and taken seriously, and when someone shares a concern with her, she makes an effort to follow through, even when the matter falls outside her immediate area.
Outside of work, Miriam enjoys crocheting, reading fiction and personal-development books, and spending time with her cat.
