Although immigration law was a new professional field for her, Lilia quickly found meaning in being one of the first points of contact for clients. She makes an effort to understand what each person may be feeling, whether they are frustrated, worried, or celebrating good news. Her own experience has taught her the value of listening carefully, addressing questions with patience, and treating every interaction with respect and understanding.
Outside of work, Lilia enjoys spending time with her niece, taking her to the movies or to play sports. She also loves playing cards and going shopping.
